About the Role
Counselors with specialized skills or professional expertise can serve as Specialty Heads at Deerkill, leading one of our 16 camp specialties. This role is ideal for individuals with extensive knowledge and instructional experience in their field. Many of our Specialty Heads are parents or teachers, but we also welcome young professionals.
