Join Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people worldwide. As a Specialty Sales Representative (SSR) focusing on Immunology and Neurology, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of millions through innovative plasma-derived medicines.
Responsibilities
- Focus on sales performance and engagement with key accounts, including Neurologists, Immunologists, Allergists, and Specialty Pharmacy companies.
- Develop a multi-channel strategy, leveraging both face-to-face interactions and digital resources for customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Value Access, Operations, Analytics, CL&D, and Medical Affairs to respond to customer and business needs.
- Use technology for call planning, field communications, sales data analysis, and generating insights.
- Engage with a broad range of audiences, from primary care physicians to specialty pharmacy customers, ensuring clear and relevant communication of clinical messages.
- Build relationships with key influencers and partners, including Managed Markets, Physician Management companies, and Patient Advocacy groups.
- Represent customers in the customer forecast process, aligning tactics with their needs and understanding the financial impact of managed care coverage.
- Communicate and understand the share of cost impact to regional or local systems, ensuring alignment with national strategies.
- Manage resources to fulfill customer needs, including MSLs, IG Nurse Educators, and reimbursement specialists.
- Gather and provide customer insights to Marketing teams for the development of integrated solutions at the regional/local/customer/account level.
- Share necessary customer revisions or contract change requests with teammates and sales leadership.
Requirements
- A BS/BA degree in Healthcare/Life Science or a related field, with a Healthcare/Life Science and/or business/marketing degree preferred.
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical or biological sales experience.
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks and unexpected circumstances.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with digital platforms and tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, Concur, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer needs.
- Knowledge of managed care coverage and its impact on the business territory.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
