Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and penetrate key accounts, generating new leads and driving revenue in specialized lifting/crane markets.
- Assess customer rigging requirements to recommend, specify, and sell appropriate lifting gear, cranes, or specialized services.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, bids, and cost estimates, ensuring accuracy in materials, labor, and project scope.
- Advise clients on industry safety standards, compliance regulations, and best practices for lifting operations.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
- Maintain high-level client relations and provide ongoing support to secure repeat business.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally within construction, industrial, or material handling sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of rigging gear (chains, slings, hooks, hoists) and lifting techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read blueprints or understand engineered drawings.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
