Responsibilities
- Helps customers fulfill project orders
- Introduces product recommendations
- Provides outstanding customer service
- Schedule appointments in Outlook for the Design Team
- Knows key product features
- Effective suggestive and upgrade selling and add-on sales
- Effective closing techniques
- Quotes to order conversion
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Paid weekly on Fridays
- Work at a desk and answer customer questions in person and on the phone
- Building material product knowledge is a plus
Qualifications
- Full-time position, 40+ hours per week
- Consistent schedule
- Discretionary profit share after one year of employment
