About the role

We are hiring on behalf of TAG - Adecco - USA for a Specialty Recruiter to support the Auburn, ME territory from Harrison, Maine. You will drive specialized candidate recruitment, fostering lasting relationships with both job seekers and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Targeted Sourcing: Identify top-tier talent for specialized manufacturing, technical, and professional roles using diverse recruitment channels.
• Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct thorough behavioral interviews, background verifications, and skills assessments.
• Account Coordination: Collaborate closely with account management teams to align recruitment velocity with client hiring timelines.
• Onboarding Management: Coordinate pre-employment screenings, compliance paperwork, and new-hire orientations.
• Metrics & KPI Tracking: Maintain accurate records in ATS and achieve weekly placement, submittal, and interview goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in full-cycle recruitment, staffing agency, or corporate talent acquisition.

Skills

• Excellent communication, time management, organizational skills, and proficiency with recruitment technologies.

Pay

$60,000 - $78,000 per year + Incentive Plan + Full Benefits (Good-faith estimated range)
