Specialty Real Estate Leasing Manager

Opportunity Overview

POP MART is seeking a Strategic and Experienced Specialty Real Estate Leasing Manager to lead the expansion of pop up activations and Robo Shop vending machines across the United States. This role is crucial for identifying, securing, and launching high-impact retail locations.

What You Will Achieve

• Responsible for pop up activations and Robo Shop development, including site information collection, site visits, evaluation and analysis, investment budget, and summary.
• Complete contract modification and business negotiation to deliver new pop ups and Robo Shop opportunities.
• Cook up and maintain relationships with key account holders and landlords.

What You Will Need

• College degree or higher.
• 2-5 years of experience in site selection and commercial real estate leasing.
• Well-developed interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Resourceful, creative, and proactive mindset.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or at a desk) for extended periods while operating a computer or other office equipment.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
