About the role

POP MART is seeking a strategic and experienced Specialty Real Estate Leasing Manager to lead the expansion of pop-up activations and ROBO SHOP vending machines across the United States. In this role, you will oversee site selection, lease negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the successful rollout of pop-up activations and ROBO SHOPs. Your deep understanding of the U.S. commercial real estate landscape—particularly top shopping centers and business districts—will be essential in driving our expansion strategy. You’ll also build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and key stakeholders to support long-term growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape the U.S. footprint of a globally recognized brand, blending real estate expertise with creative retail innovation in a fast-paced, culture-driven environment.

The role follows an office policy with an expectation of five days per week working onsite to foster collaboration, connection, and team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee pop-up activations and Robo Shop development, including site information collection, site visits, evaluation, analysis, investment budgeting, and summary.
  • Complete contract modification and business negotiations to deliver new pop-up and Robo Shop opportunities.
  • Coordinate with various departments to complete the launch and landing of pop-ups and Robo Shops.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key account holders and landlords.

Requirements

  • College degree or higher.
  • 2-5 years of experience in site selection and commercial real estate leasing.
  • Accounting skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful, creative, and proactive mindset.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or at a desk) for extended periods while operating a computer or other office equipment.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Pay

$90,000 – $115,000 / year. This position may be eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
