Your Impact: Specialty Pharmacy Liaison Role

As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their therapy journey and ensuring a seamless pharmacy experience.

• Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient’s journey from onboarding through refills
• Coordinate timely medication delivery and manage refill schedules
• Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges
• Maintain and promote medication adherence
• Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to resolve issues quickly
• Act as a trusted resource and advocate for patients navigating complex therapies

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the State of employment
• 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred qualifications: CPhT certification (highly valued), 5–8 years of pharmacy technician experience
