Job Summary

Responsible for the implementation and adherence to Noble Health Services policies and procedures as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our patients. Facilitate Clinical Management Programs in a call center environment across multiple disease states, assist with organization accreditation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Noble Health Services operations and profitability.
  • Follow all State and Federal guidelines governing the practice of Pharmacy.
  • Provide clinical and operational support of Noble Health Services Clinical and Patient Management Programs.
  • Perform all quality assurance steps to ensure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed.
  • Report dispensing incidents in a timely manner, in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Oversight of clinical decision making and accountability to the organization for those decisions.
  • Conduct patient drug utilization reviews and analysis.
  • Adhere to adverse event reporting protocols.
  • Suggest appropriate alternative therapies when warranted.
  • Assist in managing the pharmacy inventory.
  • Afford assistance in ensuring all records are maintained in accordance with all state and federal guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all patient information.
  • Afford assistance in the training and development of clinical and pharmacy department personnel.
  • Participate in Quality Management Committee as required.
  • Obtain and maintain required licensure in home state and other states as required.
  • Serve as the responsible licensed pharmacist in other states as required.
  • Keep current with state/federal regulatory changes and business trends within the industry.
  • Periodically consult with practitioners in the field.
  • Meet the on-call and scheduling requirements of the position.
  • Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
  • Interface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all times.
  • Ensure all Loss Prevention policies are followed by all employees and report deviations.

Education Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
  • Current unrestricted Pharmacist license in pharmacy location state.
  • Obtain and maintain other states licenses as required.

Experience

  • PREFERRED: 2-3 Years of practice in a specialty pharmacy setting.
  • PREFERRED: 2-3 Years of experience in a managed care setting.
  • PREFERRED: 3-5 Years of practice in a traditional retail setting performing MTM’s.

Compensation

$130,000-135,200.00 per year. The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
