Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Specialty Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our property operations, performing crucial preventative maintenance and repair work on our buildings, equipment, and utility systems. You will ensure our residents have a safe, functional, and well-maintained place to call home.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor and major repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and building systems run efficiently.
- Handle carpentry, painting, and masonry work to prepare units and maintain property aesthetics.
- Respond to and complete resident work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and repair fixtures, appliances, locks, and windows.
- Document all work performed and maintain records of scheduled maintenance.
- Assist in renovation projects and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
- Solid working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Proficient with a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call rotations for emergencies.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical certifications (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are a major plus.

Pay
The reasonably expected hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00. This range is an estimate, and the actual starting pay will be based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
