About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed healthcare professional, ensuring professional accountability and coordinating care with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and deliver nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications, including BLS and potentially ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific certifications.
• Assist with patient mobility by standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice, meeting all regulatory requirements.
• New or experienced LPNs are welcome.
• Physical ability to perform duties involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Preferred IV certification within one year of hire.
