Specialty LPN (Urology)

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of licensed healthcare professionals. Ensures professional accountability, coordinates care with other departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Performs duties aligned with organizational values and standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure within the state or via compact licensure, meeting all state board requirements.
• Preferred: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, ideally in a primary care setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on the specific unit or role.

Physical Demands

• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing/walking.
• Performing various physical movements.
