Responsibilities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
