About the Role
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or the direction of a licensed professional, ensuring professional accountability and coordinating care with other departments.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education and licensure.
- Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements.
- Experience can be new or seasoned LPN.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process for patient care delivery.
- Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients.
- Coordinate patient care in collaboration with other departments.
