About the Role

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education/experience
- Current LPN license in the state of practice, with ongoing licensure maintenance
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion within 30 days of hire
- Open to both new and experienced LPNs
