Requirements

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education/experience
Current LPN license in the state of practice, with ongoing licensure maintenance
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion within 30 days of hire
Open to both new and experienced LPNs
