About the role

Facility: Prosper Infusion
Location: Westchase, FL
Status: Full time, exempt
Shift: 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Weekend Work: Negotiable
On Call: No

Responsibilities

• The infusion pharmacist should have an above average knowledge of issues relations to the provision of IV, respiratory and other therapies in a home setting.
• The pharmacist will work closely with home infusion health care nurses providing care to the patients and ensure the needs of the patient are met/monitored.
• Duties may include - special assignments, process validation and competency assessment.

Certifications and Licensure

• Required: Pharmacist - State of FL
• PREFERRED: ASHP (Pharmacist)

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred
• PREFERRED: Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy experience
