Responsibilities
- Support students with special needs in daily activities
- Implement classroom management strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Assist in maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Current certification as a para-professional or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes
