Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong organizational skills.
  • Effectively multi-task and handle multiple situations in a dynamic environment.
  • Assume postures at low levels to maintain physical and visual contact with children.
  • Engage in physical activity with children while ensuring their safety.
  • Communicate clearly with children and parents in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).

Requirements

  • Possess an active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements.
  • Meet state-specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
  • Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency.
  • Have sufficient visual and auditory acuity to ensure children’s safety.
