Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional early education and child care in a variety of settings, including KinderCare Learning Centers, Champions, or Crème de la Crème.
  • Build confidence in children, families, and communities through research-backed, accredited programs.
  • Engage in physical activities with children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with children and parents in English.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills and handle multiple situations effectively.

Requirements

  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements.
  • Meet state-specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
  • Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency.
  • Able to assume postures in low levels to maintain physical and visual contact with children.
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
  • Possess outstanding customer service and multitasking skills.
