Responsibilities

• Support children's education daily
• Engage in the challenges and joys of working with young learners and their families
• Work with a supportive team to ensure the safety and well-being of children
• Assist in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to families

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children

Qualifications

• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
