Specialized Industries Expert

Contract role, 10–40 hrs/week, fully remote, $30–$80/hour.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and test AI-driven workflows tailored to your area of industry expertise, providing actionable feedback on usability and accuracy.
• Interact with large language models (LLMs) and AI agents to simulate real-world professional scenarios and decision-making processes.
• Review and validate workflow outputs for correctness, completeness, and alignment with industry standards and regulations.
• Document edge cases, workflow gaps, or unrealistic scenarios encountered during platform interaction.
• Utilize advanced AI tools to assess integration with workplace applications.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators, providing written insights and suggestions based on your observations.
• Contribute recommendations to enhance workflow logic and support the development of practical, functional AI solutions.

Requirements

• Substantial professional experience in one or more of the following: Government Contracting & Federal Acquisition, Commodities & Maritime Operations, Nonprofit & Grant Management, or Education & EdTech Operations.
• Proficiency with workplace applications such as Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Notion, or sector-specific tools.
• Direct experience using generative AI applications within professional contexts.
• Ability to discern incomplete, incorrect, or impractical elements in professional workflows and relay clear, constructive feedback.
• Hands-on familiarity with professional and industry-specific platforms, systems, or regulatory frameworks relevant to your field.
• Strong written communication skills for documenting findings and recommendations.
• Curiosity and adaptability in experimenting with new AI-powered platforms and processes.
