Job Summary

The Interim Global Director of Talent Acquisition will provide short-term leadership support for Acuity's global Talent Acquisition function, ensuring continuity, execution, and alignment with enterprise hiring priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for the global TA organization
• Drive execution against agreed talent acquisition priorities
• Support process improvement and standardization efforts
• Help ensure recruiting practices align with Acuity policies, governance expectations, and applicable legal guidance
• Apply external market perspective and leading practices to support the continued evolution of the Talent Acquisition function
