Job Description

This role involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. The position requires reviewing and analyzing multi-faceted, larger-scale business challenges. The selected consultant will contribute to the resolution of complex situations and collaborate strategically with client personnel while ensuring deliverables meet function, policy, procedure, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a backlog of approximately 30–40 enhancement requests.
  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Write Jira stories and partner with technology teams on delivery.
  • Lead weekly prioritization meetings with Operations and Technology.
  • Support testing efforts, UAT coordination, and implementation activities.
  • Drive project workstreams through delivery and production validation.
  • Cook stakeholders and communicate project status across the business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Strong Business Analyst experience.
  • Proficiency in Jira and user story writing.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
  • Experience supporting implementations and change delivery.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • FCM Operations experience.
  • Futures, swaps, and/or clearing background.
  • Capital Markets or CIB Operations experience.
