Business Execution Consultant

Job Summary

Randstad Digital is hiring for a contract position in Charlotte, North Carolina. The position pays $56.09 - 61.09 per hour, works 8am to 5pm, and requires immediate ramp-up. Key responsibilities include developing Epiplex simulations and guided workflows, creating job aids, and supporting rapid updates aligned with platform changes.

Responsibilities

• Create Epiplex simulations and guided workflows
• Develop job aids, quick reference guides, and training content
• Translate CCaaS functionality into clear, user-friendly materials
• Partner with SMEs to validate and refine content
• Support rapid updates aligned to platform changes

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• Experience developing training for contact center environments
• Robust instructional design and job aid development
• Experience supporting large-scale tech rollouts
• Deliverables include Epiplex simulations, training curriculum, agent & supervisor job aids

Qualifications

• Required: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• Preferred: Robust instructional design and job aid development, experience supporting large-scale tech rollouts

Nice to Have

• Experience using Epiplex or similar software to build simulations and guided workflows
• Experience in financial services or previous employment with client considered an asset
