Lead Business Execution Consultant
About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within Business Banking. The individual will serve as the central execution and readiness leader for Relationship Manager (RM) initiatives across Business Banking. This role is responsible for translating strategic priorities into executable plans, ensuring successful implementation of growth initiatives, and driving banker readiness across lending, deposits, digital capabilities, and relationship-deepening strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- Lead end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives impacting Relationship Managers and Relationship Management Managers
- Develop and execute readiness strategies, communications, training, and tools that enable frontline adoption of new capabilities
- Partner across Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Sales Execution, and Branch leadership to align priorities and drive execution
- Cook up implementation planning, change management, governance, and adoption activities across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Support enterprise priorities, including credit enablement, digital transformation, deposit growth, lending growth, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services integration
- Drive consistency of execution across markets, segments, and sales channels
