Responsibilities

• Report to the department director and coordinate daily logistics operations with internal teams and external carriers
• Prepare all documents required for shipments
• Ensure adherence to the receiving and shipping schedule set by the supervisor
• Manage internal mail distribution and shipments via Canada Post, Purolator and Aeromax
• Maintain effective communication with production and quality departments
• Verify and validate all receptions; correct discrepancies as needed
• Perform a monthly audit of physical receptions versus documents
• Prepare paper purchase orders for production
• Conduct monthly inventory of raw materials and finished goods
• Participate in traceability investigations and resolve inventory‑related issues
