Our culture celebrates diverse perspectives and supports your growth through intentional development, strong leadership, and opportunities to make a real difference.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end analysis of inventory health, demand signals, and supplier performance to drive concrete recommendations.
  • Lead root-cause investigations on operational issues and turn findings into process improvements.
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for key supply chain KPIs (fill rate, inventory turns, on-time delivery) that inform team and leadership decisions.
  • Support demand planning and MRP optimization, working directly with planning parameters and data.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Specialists and cross-functional teams (procurement, planning, operations) as a growing contributor, not just an observer.
  • Take ownership of a defined project or mini-portfolio as you build toward a Specialist role.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related field (recent graduate).
  • Internship or co-op experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong analytical and data skills (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL or data analysis tools a strong plus).
  • A curiosity to learn, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to contribute to something meaningful.

Benefits

  • Career pathing: Real opportunities to grow through personalized development plans, bi-annual employee reviews, and a mentorship program.
  • Professional development: Continuous training in performance management, inclusive leadership, team building, and giving/receiving feedback.
  • Gender diversity & inclusion: Pay equity reviews, inclusive policies, and a Women’s Employee Resource Group offering networking, mentorship, and quarterly learning sessions.
  • Hybrid work: Flexibility with our hybrid model, allowing you to work from home on select days.
  • Community engagement: Two paid volunteering days per year to give back to causes you care about.
  • Team events: Year-round activities including annual kick-off, employee summit, quarterly happy hours, and department events.
  • Comprehensive benefits: A complete group benefits plan for you and your family starting day one.
  • Support for new parents: Additional financial support and resources to support employees during their transition to parenthood.
