About the role

In your role, you will ensure correct, prompt and transparent controlling and reporting within the Finance Shared Services Centre (SSC FI). You will take responsibility for process optimization, SAP authorization management, internal control system management, data quality and audit security, and will further develop reporting. As an interface between clients, specialist divisions, audit units and external partners, you will develop practical solutions and impart specialist knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform controlling and reporting in line with current requirements, ensuring quality, deadlines and customer satisfaction
• Create reports, statistics and evaluations of operational management; analyze, develop and carry out periodic CO closings
• Manage CO objects, master data and SAP authorizations; provide technical and specialist support
• Design, manage and optimize controlling and reporting processes and ensure their continuous development
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, directives and the internal control system; perform internal audits
• Advise clients and specialist areas, organize training, participate in ERP updates, changes and projects, and coordinate the corresponding tests

Requirements

• Degree from a university of applied sciences or a university of teacher education (e.g., expert diploma in accounting/controlling, federal diploma in finance and accounting)
• Several years of professional experience in controlling and reporting, plus proven knowledge of business administration
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP FI and S/4HANA, very good Excel skills and understanding of data protection and information security
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and synthesis skills; strong affinity for figures; structured and independent working style; sense of responsibility; solution- and results-oriented approach
• Team spirit and service orientation; good communication and moderation skills
• Very good command of one official language and good command of a second official language
