Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of company-owned and leased premises, including maintaining technical documentation, conducting regular property inspections, resolving operational and emergency faults, coordinating cleaning services, assigning and monitoring service requests, and record-keeping and reporting.
• Methodological management of external partners in occupational safety and fire protection (BOZP and PO), including responsibility for planning and executing reviews, inspections of technical equipment (HVAC, electrical, fire protection), and addressing identified issues.
• Collaboration on construction, renovations, and relocations of premises, including coordination of suppliers, review of project documentation, and ensuring smooth workflow (engineering).
• Management of energy consumption, including monitoring and evaluating energy usage, communicating with suppliers, negotiating contract terms, and optimizing costs.
• Coordination of supplier activities, including preparation of technical documentation, participation in tender processes, and monitoring contract fulfillment.
• Responsibility for environmental and property processes, including waste management, asset inventory, and record-keeping in managed properties.
• Administrative tasks for the facility department, including processing invoices, maintaining documentation, archiving, and preparing materials for internal processes.
• Active communication with landlords, suppliers, service companies, government authorities, and institutions.
