Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of company-owned and leased premises, including maintaining technical documentation, conducting regular property inspections, resolving operational and emergency faults, coordinating cleaning services, and assigning and monitoring service requests and their fulfillment.
• Methodological management of external partners in occupational safety and fire protection (BOZP and PO), including responsibility for planning and executing inspections and technical equipment checks (HVAC, electrical, fire protection) and ensuring identified faults are rectified.
• Collaboration on construction, reconstruction, and relocation projects, including coordinating suppliers, reviewing project documentation, and ensuring smooth workflow (engineering).
• Management of energy consumption, including monitoring and evaluating energy usage, communicating with suppliers, negotiating contract terms, and optimizing costs.
• Coordination of supplier activities, including preparing technical documentation, participating in tender processes, and monitoring contract compliance.
• Responsibility for environmental and asset processes, including waste management, asset inventory, and record-keeping for managed properties.
• Administrative tasks for the facility department, including processing invoices, maintaining documentation, archiving, and preparing materials for internal processes.
• Active communication with landlords, suppliers, service companies, government authorities, and other institutions.
