About the role
L3Harris is seeking a Specialist, Facilities associate to join our Facilities Organization at the Camden, AR facility.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of the annual capital investment plan.
- Analyze capital expenditure requests and support business case analysis.
- Support the process of obtaining required approvals.
- Forecast capital expenditures requests and compile progress reports and metrics.
- Aid in maintaining compliance and interface with internal and external audit organizations.
- Maintain databases of expenditures, authorizations, and purchase orders.
- Work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant facilities experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related facilities experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related facilities experience.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal, written and communications skills.
- Project planning and forecasting.
- Knowledge and practical application of Maestro, Power BI and SAP-ARIBA tools.
