Specialist, Transportation and Logistics

About the role

RXO is a leading provider of Transportation and Logistics solutions, using cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the industry. As a Specialist, Transportation and Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by monitoring drivers' delivery activity, scheduling, and addressing delivery issues with external customers and contracted drivers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain phone communication between external customers and contracted drivers/couriers
• Absorb and resolve any customer issues, complaints, and answer questions
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Customer billing and data entry tasks
• Assign drivers/couriers delivery routes
• Oversee all unloading processes of returning routes at the end of the day
• Perform additional duties as requested

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role resolving issues and responding to customer requests
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
