About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist position at Hawai'i Pacific Health supports the organization's mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care through recruitment and retention efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide all levels of support to the Reception area, ensuring top-tier customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Contribute to building a diverse and talented workforce for Hawai‘i Pacific Health and its affiliates.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- One (1) year office experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment is preferred but not required.
- Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Hawai'i Pacific Health offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that includes pay and benefits. The rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.

Pay Range: 23.33 - 29.16 USD per hour
