Job Description Leads the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer for the assigned positions open in the United States and Canada including screening, interviewing, testing, presenting offers and running reference/background checksDevelops job advertisements and recruitment materialsPosts and maintains advertisements on career websites and other media platformsSources potential candidates via job boards, resume databases and social mediaUtilizes referral channels to identify qualified candidatesLiaises with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements, candidate profiles and full cycle recruitment processScreens resumes and credentials for appropriate skills and experience in relation to position requirementsOrganizes and schedules interviews, conducts and reports on first stage interviews of candidates for various level positionsDevelops candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities within PSI and maintains an effective talent poolMaintains a database of applicants and interview outcomes using the applicant tracking systemEstablishes ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand the position requirements, business and recruitment needsAdvises hiring managers on industry talent acquisition trends and job marketDevelops awareness of PSI business and functional areas to target and hire the best talentActs as a point of contract for job candidates, promotes PSI employer brand and ensures positive candidate experience during the hiring processProvides progress and analytical recruiting reports on the open positions to the hiring manager, and Training & ResourcingDetermines the effectiveness and implements improvement of current recruiting processes and methods for their assigned positions Qualifications At least 1.5 years of talent sourcing and recruiting experienceClinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting experience is a plusExperience with usage of the applicant tracking systems, resume databases, social media for recruitment, or/and candidate management systemsKnowledge of interview techniques and sourcing methodsKnowledge of employment law and general human resources practices For this position, PSI is not hiring individuals who require work visa for employment or continued employment now or anytime in the future.
