Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension, and more.
- Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes.
- Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity, and respect.
- Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required.
- Preferred skills include experience with SAP SuccessFactors, previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting, progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations, etc.).

Pay
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas is $76,500-$141,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $67,000-$124,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
Schedule
Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.
