About the role

The Specialist Strategy & Sales Operations Lead, Specialist Strategy & Sales Operations, drives data-driven decision-making and operational excellence for the AWS Specialist and Partner organization, focusing on the Compute and Advanced Computing Domain. This role serves as a strategic business partner to Domain leadership, developing and managing sales processes, systems, and metrics to support revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Documents and implements standardized sales processes and metrics, including KPI definitions and goal cascades, to support operational effectiveness.
  • Develops and manages pipeline qualification, attribution, to ensure proper distribution, and resolves attribution escalations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Orchestrates AI-human collaboration in the sales process, and manages and optimizes AI sales intelligence tools and automated customer/partner interaction systems.
  • Maintains sales tools data quality to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Implements sales workflows and automation to streamline process and improve seller efficiency.
  • Conducts sales performance analysis on win/loss data, conversion rates, goal attainment, and/or forecast accuracy to identify potential risks.
  • Prepares and drives regular business reviews with insights on pipeline health, performance trends, and operational efficiency.
  • Acts as primary point of contact to resolve stakeholders’ requests and execute daily operational processes.
  • Leads sales tools training and adoption initiatives to improve utilization and productivity.
  • Leads cross-functional projects to improve sales efficiency and processes.
  • Drives escalations, gap-to-green, and/or other issues to resolution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations

Benefits

Base salary range: $96,900.00 - $169,500.00 USD annually
Location: USA, NY, New York, USA, TX, Dallas, USA, VA, Arlington, USA, WA, Seattle

Pay

Base salary range: $88,100.00 - $154,100.00 USD annually
Location: USA, NY, New York, USA, TX, Dallas, USA, VA, Arlington, USA, WA, Seattle
