About The Role
We're hiring a Sales Strategy and Operations Lead to partner closely with the VP of Sales and CEO on the strategy, insights, and processes needed to drive the most critical business decisions. You will have the opportunity to directly shape our rapidly growing sales organization by improving win rates, building playbooks, influencing product decisions, forecasting and defining pipeline analytics, and much more!
What You’ll Do
- Drive product decisions by running deal feedback loops with the VP of Sales and AEs
- Create sales playbooks and build sales enablement tools to drive key decision making
- Analyze and build sales reporting across pipeline, forecast accuracy, win rates, and rep productivity
- Build scalable processes and documentation as we scale to 10x the GTM team
- Partner with the VP Sales + CEO on key dashboards and KPI tracking
You’re a Fit If You...
- Have 3+ years of experience in Strategy, BizOps, or GTM Strategy (SaaS strongly preferred)
- Have worked closely with Sales orgs, and know how to speak their language
- Are comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
- Are structured, data-driven, and fast-moving
- Thrive in early-stage environments where you can build from scratch and move quickly
- Are based in SF or open to relocating (in-office 5 days/week)
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, recruiting tech, or AI
- Exposure to pricing, packaging, or sales compensation design
- Previous experience as a first or founding Sales Ops hire
