Specialist Solutions Architect, Data

About the role

This role will focus on helping customers design and implement data solutions that support financial reporting, analytics, and operational visibility. You will partner closely with sales and product teams to shape technical solutions for complex data environments and large customer opportunities. The position also plays a key role in translating customer needs into practical guidance that influences product priorities and improves the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's data products to help accelerate opportunities
• Conduct deep discovery of customers' data architecture to align the company's capabilities with their needs
• Advise on designing complex multi-entity and multi-currency reporting solutions
• Create and share best practices and reusable assets to improve sales efficiency
• Partner closely with sales teams to support large customer opportunities
• Serve as the voice of the customer to help influence product and feature prioritization
• Identify industry trends and provide insights to help shape the product roadmap

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions architecture, focused on data platforms or financial reporting
• 3+ years of experience with data warehousing and pipeline architecture, such as Snowflake or BigQuery
• Strong understanding of payments and revenue data for financial reporting
• Experience with BI and analytics platforms, such as Looker or Tableau
• Solid knowledge of software engineering and API integration patterns
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships

Compensation

$145,000 – $175,000 annually
