Primary Job Duties
- Serve as the dedicated contact for leisure groups booking room blocks at Resorts World Las Vegas.
- Manage rooming lists, arrivals, special requests, and VIP accommodation before, during, and after the guest stay.
- Deliver a high-touch hospitality experience by proactively identifying guest preferences and recommending personalized experiences.
- Build strong relationships with group organizers, hosts, and key stakeholders to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Conduct post-event and post-stay follow-up to evaluate guest satisfaction and identify future sales opportunities.
- Actively identify and generate incremental revenue opportunities through Food & Beverage experiences and hospitality offerings.
- Promote and sell Group Dining experiences, restaurant buyouts, private dining events, IRD enhancements, VIP amenities, and hospitality packages.
- Partner with restaurant, nightlife, pool, and culinary teams to create customized guest experiences that align with group objectives.
- Drive revenue through upselling suites, premium amenities, in-room entertainment, welcome receptions, hosted events, and curated dining experiences.
- Maintain a strong understanding of all resort Food & Beverage venues, seasonal promotions, and hospitality offerings.
- Coordinate and oversee all hospitality packages associated with group business.
- Manage cabana experiences, suite entertaining, VIP welcome amenities, hospitality lounges, and in-room Food & Beverage activations.
- Partner with In-Room Dining, Culinary, Banquets, and Event Services teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Ensure all guest requests, dietary preferences, event details, and operational requirements are accurately communicated and executed.
- Cross Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with Group Dining, Restaurants, In-Room Dining, Catering, Hotel Operations, Front Desk, VIP Services, Spa, Nightlife, and Pool Operations.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and operational teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Support property-wide initiatives designed to increase guest engagement, satisfaction, and on-property spending.
- Sales Strategy & Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand group production through enhanced hospitality experiences.
- Track and manage Food & Beverage revenue associated with assigned group accounts.
- Support sales initiatives targeting social groups, leisure travelers, celebrations, reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and special occasion travel.
- Monitor guest trends and buying behaviors to recommend new hospitality offerings and revenue opportunities.
- Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of group bookings, hospitality packages, Food & Beverage commitments, and client communications.
- Track revenue performance associated with hospitality programs and group enhancements.
- Utilize property systems to manage bookings, event details, forecasting, and reporting.
- Aid leadership with performance reporting, production analysis, and future business opportunities.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Hospitality Sales, Group Sales, Food & Beverage, Catering, Event Services, Hotel Operations, In-Room Dining, or a related hospitality field.
- Proven experience working directly with guests and clients in a luxury, high-touch service environment.
- Experience coordinating hospitality experiences, group events, dining programs, or guest accommodations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and guest requests simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferred experience within a luxury resort, casino resort, hotel, restaurant, nightlife, or entertainment venue.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, Group Dining, In-Room Dining, Catering, and hospitality programming.
- Experience coordinating VIP experiences, hospitality packages, amenities, private dining events, cabanas, or special event activations.
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

- Minimum Education And Experience:
- At least 21 years of age.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certificates, Licenses, Regulations Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Physical Demands:
- Must be tolerant of varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
- Prolonged sitting/standing.
- Bending and reaching.
- Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and maneuvering items weighing up to 20 lbs.
- Eye/hand coordination.
- Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (MSDS) and other instructions.
