What awaits you: Track and maintain all commercial data in our Kautex systems SAP/Excel/PLM (centralized lifecycle management)/Up2Go (sales planning data) check customer purchase orders and escalate in case of deviations compared to Kautex offer Provide the customer with the necessary information in an efficient and professional manner continuous offer/order tracking Invoicing and maintaining tracking of orders to be invoiced Maintaining customer demands in SAP (creating single orders for pre-production parts and maintaining delivery schedules for serial production) Tracking of piece prices and of overdue invoices; follow up and adjusting customer information in SAP according to current P.O.
