Specialist - RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Development
About the role
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & Process Developer will design, implement, and maintain a sustainable and scalable automation strategy based on a thorough analysis of On’s challenges today and tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement RPA process solutions using UiPath and MS Power Automate, applying standard design principles and conventions.
- Manage the entire RPA life cycle, ensuring adequate documentation for each phase.
- Continuous enhancement and improvement of existing RPA solutions using the PDCA methodology, validating and optimizing design, code, and reusability of automation artifacts.
- Elicit and analyze process-related business requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare, facilitate, and support internal BPM workshops and act as an RPA subject matter expert.
- Build-up and execute global and regional change management and communication plans.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, Process Management, or a related technical field of study.
- Alternate acceptable education and work experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, Process Management, or a related technical field of study, and two (2) years of experience in a related position.
- Experience with RPA automation technologies including UiPath and MS Power Automate.
- Experience with UiPath REFramework, UiPath Orchestrator including Queues, Assets, and Triggers.
