About the role
Join our project and services delivery team as a Quotation Management Specialist. You'll lead the development of technical proposals that win business, combining deep technical knowledge with strategic thinking to deliver best-in-class customer solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex customer requirements and create optimized technical proposals using advanced configurators
- Develop accurate cost estimates and ensure all quotations meet compliance and quality standards
- Identify competitive enhancements and recommend technical alternatives that maximize value and profitability
- Partner with Tendering and Sales teams to deliver comprehensive solutions with precise costing and timelines
Requirements
- Quotation Management — advanced level; leading end-to-end quotation processes from RFQ analysis to final submission
- Requirements Analysis — advanced level; interpreting complex customer specifications and translating them into actionable proposals
- Problem Solving — advanced level; identifying technical alternatives and resolving deviations from customer needs
- Product Application — advanced level; applying equipment configurators to design optimal technical solutions
- Configuration Design — intermediate level; structuring equipment setups that meet customer and compliance requirements
- Proposal Development — intermediate level; creating compelling offer documentation that highlights competitive advantages
- Technical Documentation — intermediate level; preparing clear specifications and supporting materials for customer submissions
- Cost Management — intermediate level; developing accurate estimates that balance profitability with customer value

Pay
The expected pay range for this U.S. based position is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
