Responsibilities
- Communication liaison between Director and Home Health staff.
- Attends and leads designated meetings, providing an overall picture of productivity to the Director and stakeholders, and transmitting information to the department heads.
- Provides data analysis and metrics of department productivity, presenting during All-Staff meetings.
- Makes measurements of department performance in collaboration with the Director, QAPI Nurse, Nurse Educator, and Clinical Nurse Managers.
- Aids where project coordination resources are necessary to support organizational compliance or regulatory requirements.
- Determines resource requirements in partnership with the Director (including staffing, software, hardware, and facilities) for key projects/initiatives, based on project specifications.
- Plans and scopes project phases and components, ensuring projects/initiatives are on schedule and within scope, and communicates these to the Director.
- Works with teams to define testing plans and organize testing phases and cycles.
- Creates contingency plans with appropriate input from key team members and sponsors, and implements a revised project schedule, scope, or budget in a timely manner.
- Maintains monitoring of key projects/initiatives and provides summary status reports to project leadership.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating projects/initiatives in a large organization or business unit is required.
- Experience working with many levels within an organization is required.
- Experience in healthcare is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Years of relevant experience: 3 years required.
