We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Job Title: Specialist, Program Finance Analyst (but we must not repeat job title as heading). Job Code and location: we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Probably include location and schedule in a paragraph. We need sections: About the role? The posting includes description about L3Harris mission etc. That could be "About the role" or "About the company". But we need to use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide which sections have content. We have: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph about L3Harris dedication etc. Could be considered "About the role". We'll include. - Responsibilities: The "Essential Functions" list includes many duties. We'll put those under Responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe the security clearance requirement? Or "Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance". Also maybe "Job Location: Norfolk, VA." but that's minor. - Qualifications: The bullet list about Bachelor's degree etc. That's qualifications. - Skills: Preferred Additional Skills list. - Benefits: The paragraph about benefits. - Pay: Salary range info. - Schedule: The schedule info: "Schedule: 9/80 - Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off" We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

Specialist, Program Finance Analyst

. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

About the role

L3Harris is dedicated to recruiting and developing high-performing talent ... (the mission statement).

But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the descriptive paragraphs about L3Harris mission etc. That is a chunk: "L3Harris is dedicated to recruiting and developing high-performing talent who are passionate about what they do. Our employees are unified in a shared dedication to our customers’ mission and quest for professional growth. L3Harris provides an inclusive, engaging environment designed to empower employees and promote work-life success. Fundamental to our culture is an unwavering focus on values, dedication to our communities, and commitment to excellence in everything we do. L3Harris is the Trusted Disruptor in defense tech. With customers’ mission-critical needs always in mind, our employees deliver end-to-end technology solutions connecting the space, air, land, sea and cyber domains in the interest of national security." We'll put that in a

. Then Responsibilities: list of essential functions. We'll create

  • items. We need to capture each bullet from "Essential Functions:" list. Let's extract them: - Support programs including Cost Plus/Fixed Price. - Experience using CostPoint, SAP, or similar financial ERP system and advanced Excel skills - Project financial analyst is responsible for setting up and activation of assigned projects, service orders and production work order support in ERP system - Monitor and analyze program costs, perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract and ODC estimates against budget and forecast - Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for programs and access profit impacts with variance commentary - Provide input for the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and cash forecasting process - Perform variance analysis to forecasted results (EAC, Sales, Profit and Cash), identifying specific drivers of deviations from estimates - Review weekly labor/material charges and analyze variances - Work with program management and the program teams to report on the health of assigned programs. - Prepare program management review packages. - Develop, communicate, and recommend action plans with program teams to ensure financial targets and program goals are achieved. - Provide financial analysis for audits and other financial activities, as necessary. - Strong teamwork and business partnering skills. - Process improvement oriented, ability to identify and implement improvement ideas. - Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance Note: Some of these are more like qualifications/skills but they are under Essential Functions. We'll keep them as responsibilities. Now Requirements: maybe we separate security clearance as requirement? But we already included it in responsibilities. Could also put under Requirements. However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. If we put it in both places, that's duplication but not invented. Might be okay but better to keep it once. Since it's under Essential Functions, we can treat as responsibility. But we could also have a Requirements section for things like "Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance". However we already have it. We'll keep it in Responsibilities. Qualifications: The bullet list about degrees and experience. Let's extract: - Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience. - Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. - In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. That's qualifications. Skills: Preferred Additional Skills list: - Experience with a financial ERP system, such as Deltek CostPoint. - Experience with multiple contract types (CP/FFP/T&M) - Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills with a keen eye on details. - Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. - Self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic. - Approachable disposition with a demonstrated ability to work well within a team and cross-functionally. - Initiative to work independently and demonstrate ownership over roles We'll put those under Skills. Benefits: paragraph: "L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements." Pay: Salary range info: two ranges based on location. We'll include both. Schedule: The schedule paragraph. We also have Job Location: Norfolk, VA. and Job Code: 45013. We can fold minor metadata into a short

maybe after About the role or at top. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. So we will cut out all that after benefits. Now produce HTML. Structure:

Job Location: Norfolk, VA. Job Code: 45013

maybe. But we should avoid using ? Not prohibited. Use plain text. We'll do:

Job Location: Norfolk, VA. Job Code: 45013

    Then sections. Let's craft.
