About the role

The Intel & Cyber Sector of L3Harris Technologies Space Missions Systems segment has an opening for a Program Financial Analyst to join our Strategic Missions Division in Palm Bay, FL. This analyst will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, in a collaborative team setting, and will support a variety of small programs with varying contract types.

Responsibilities

• Support programs consisting of cost plus, T&M and fixed price work.
• Complete Sales, Profit and Cash forecasting and analysis.
• Perform EVMS and financial reporting.
• Work with multiple contract types.
• Provide financial analysis for audits and other financial activities.
• Understand and apply L3Harris policies and procedures.
• Obtain and maintain security clearance.
• Provide onsite support in Palm Bay, FL.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Skills

• 4+ years experience with EVM, financial performance reporting, internal/customer reporting.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, including the capability to interface and present with internal and external customers.
• Ability to proactively solve complex problems and issues in a timely manner with moderate supervision.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, Cobra, and Hyperion.

Schedule

Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off.
