About the role

This is a 12-month onsite temporary assignment located in Knoxville, TN (37932), with a standard shift of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Support 43 field sites by performing financial receipt of materials
• Work with finance on reports to minimize receiving and billing errors and corrections
• Provide metrics to field representatives on site performance
• Occasionally interact with site personnel to obtain physical inventory counts of specific materials

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and interpret information, including financial and technical data
• Effectively communicate key information to cross-functional teams, including senior management
• Extensive knowledge of administrative tools such as Excel
• Technically skilled with proven ability to troubleshoot problems, solve abstract issues, interpret and implement policies and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail in executing job responsibilities
• Ability to stay focused and skilled at time management
• Ability to plan own work according to targets agreed upon within a quarterly to annual cycle, integrating resources in a project-driven environment
