SPECIALIST - PROCUREMENT AGENT I

PurchasingFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. Include a section only when posting has real specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". No Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. We need to parse the given posting. Let's extract sections: - Salary Schedule (maybe heading? It says "Salary Schedule To manage all contracting functions for assigned areas in accordance with all governing regulations and procedures." That seems like a description of role? Actually "Salary Schedule" might be a heading but it's not a typical section. The phrase "Salary Schedule" appears at top, then a sentence: "To manage all contracting functions for assigned areas in accordance with all governing regulations and procedures." That sounds like a summary of role. Could be "About the role". We'll treat that as About the role. - QUALIFICATIONS: includes Bachelor's Degree, 1 year experience, public/government procurement experience preferred, computer literate, SAP/procurement platforms preferred. - KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: long list. - REPORTS TO: Administrator, Procurement Services - SUPERVISES: None - MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT: list. - PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: description. - PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: percentages. - WORKING CONDITIONS: Indoors and Outdoors. - PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: bullet list with many responsibilities. - TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Non-bargaining unit compensation plan, twelve months, 8.0 hours per day. - EVALUATION: Performance evaluated per Board's policy. - Date: 01/16/2025 (maybe metadata). We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Qualifications (explicit). Skills (knowledge, skills and abilities). Responsibilities (performance responsibilities). Requirements maybe combine qualifications? But we have Qualifications separate; maybe Requirements could be education/experience? But we already have Qualifications covering that. Could combine Requirements as "Education and Experience"? However we must not create thin sections. Better to have Qualifications and Skills sections, and Responsibilities. About the role from the first sentence. Terms of employment could map to Schedule? It says twelve months, 8.0 hours per day => schedule (full-time). Could create Schedule section with that info. Pay: not given explicit salary; only "Non-bargaining unit compensation plan". No specific pay amount, so we should NOT create Pay section because no specific pay stated. Benefits: not mentioned. So we omit Benefits and Pay. We also have Reporting line, supervises, machines/tools, physical requirements, physical activity, working conditions. Those could be part of Requirements or maybe "About the role"? But they are substantive. Could we create a "Requirements" section that includes education, experience, physical requirements, machines/tools, etc. However the instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements as a heading for things like physical requirements, machines/tools, etc. Qualifications for education/experience. Skills for knowledge, skills and abilities. Responsibilities for performance responsibilities. About the role for summary. Schedule for terms of employment (hours, months). We'll not create Pay/Benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. No duplication. We must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include all details from each area. Let's extract each piece. About the role: "To manage all contracting functions for assigned areas in accordance with all governing regulations and procedures." That's the sentence after Salary Schedule. Also maybe the Salary Schedule heading itself is not needed. We'll just use that sentence. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution; or any equivalent combination of related education, training and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential job functions. One (1) year of experience related to the procurement function. Public/government procurement experience is preferred. Must be computer literate. SAP and/or procurement platforms is preferred. We could format as list. Skills (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): list many items. We'll need to capture them as list items. Responsibilities: The long list of performance responsibilities (starting with ∗). We'll need to capture each bullet. Requirements: Could include Reports to, Supervises, Machines, Tools, Equipment, Physical Requirements, Physical Activity, Working Conditions. Also maybe Terms of Employment? But we already have Schedule for that. We'll put Reports to, Supervises, Machines/tools/equipment, Physical Requirements, Physical Activity, Working Conditions under Requirements. Schedule: Terms of Employment: Non-bargaining unit compensation plan, twelve months, 8.0 hours per day. Also maybe evaluation? But evaluation is separate; maybe not needed. We'll include schedule info. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. Now produce HTML. Structure:
