OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+, and Disney’s multiple television networks. We partner with Disney on planning, buying, and implementing integrated ad campaigns for iconic entertainment brands, including blockbuster films from Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight. We are also Disney’s Agency of Record for premier television networks such as ABC, ABC News, Disney Channels, Freeform, National Geographic, and FX.
About the role
We're looking for a Search and Social Specialist to join our team at OMG23. You'll plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more for Disney. This is a paid media role focused on data, strategy, and execution—not content creation or community management.
Responsibilities
- Paid Search and YouTube (Google, Bing, YouTube):
- Build and manage paid search campaigns from setup to reporting.
- Own budgets, bid management, negative keyword strategies, ad creative, and landing page performance.
- Track, analyze, and optimize based on goals and data.
- Use tools like DoubleClick Search and Google Trends to drive decisions.
- Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc):
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Build smart audience targeting strategies and boost client content.
- Monitor budget pacing, adjust bids, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- QA campaigns, report on key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- 1+ years of paid search and paid social experience (agency or in-house).
- Experience with large brand campaigns (entertainment industry experience is a bonus).
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and client-facing).
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly in internal and client-facing meetings.
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround environment.
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely with strong presentation skills.
- Proven team player who works well under pressure.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence with data and digital tools.

Pay
$60,000.00 - $70,500.00
Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. Omnicom’s policy may increase in-office requirements over time.
