About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Analyst Finance Applications to support and enhance SAP Finance modules including FI, CO, and related submodules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial business processes and the ability to translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, AP, AR, AA, GL, and Bank Accounting)
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and deliver SAP solutions aligned with business needs
• Manage and support month-end and year-end closing processes within SAP
• Work on integration points between SAP FICO and other modules (MM, SD, PS, HR)
• Analyze and resolve complex issues in SAP Finance applications and provide long-term solutions
• Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancement projects, and S/4HANA migrations
• Create functional specifications for custom developments and work with ABAP developers
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including P2P, O2C, and R2R
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Skills

• SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting with SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
• SAP Certified Application Associate - Management Accounting with SAP S/4HANA (preferred)

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
