Specialist - Package Implementation

Role Summary

The Duck Creek Manuscript developer will be responsible for leading and supporting the enhancement, modernization, and stabilization of Duck Creek Policy manuscripts for Commercial P&C insurance implementations. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Duck Creek Policy DCTDCOD, direct experience with DCOD migration programs, and the ability to work closely with client stakeholders' business teams and offshore delivery teams to ensure compliant, high-quality solutions. The onshore role carries additional responsibilities for technical coordination, solution reviews, issue triage, and delivery alignment, acting as a bridge between client teams and offshore developers.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in Duck Creek Policy DCTDCOD
• Direct experience with DCOD migration programs
• Experience supporting or working with Express 30 compatibility mode
• Exposure to UI modernization or multi-version Duck Creek upgrades
• Familiarity with accessibility, browser compatibility, and performance optimization for enterprise UIs
• Experience with AD Authoring and Advanced Development
• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Duck Creek manuscripts to support business, regulatory, and underwriting requirements

• Experience with CICD Tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
